Together We Have Raised $250,000 for COVID Relief
We wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your commitment to supporting CAP and Prism Health during this unprecedented time. Together, we have raised over $250,000 to support CAP and Prism Health’s COVID-19 relief effort. Some of the work we have been able to accomplish includes:
Acquiring new technology to provide Telehealth visits at Prism Health.
Offer COVID-19 Testing at Prism Health.
Updating computer systems to allow our staff to continue their critical work with clients remotely.
Providing additional funding for Emergency Rent Assistance and Medical Motel Vouchers.
Providing additional support for CAP’s Employment Assistance Program.
Delivering essential supplies and food boxes to vulnerable clients.
Connecting new clients to medical care through our CareLink program.
Assisting newly unemployed or underemployed clients with insurance and benefits navigation.
We are so grateful for each and every one of you who have donated to the COVID 19 Fund, made masks to keep our employees and volunteers safe, and volunteered your personal time to supporting our organization. While we still have a little ways to go to reach our goal of $350,000 by June 30th, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what we have been able to accomplish so far together, and to offer our sincerest gratitude for all you do as a part of the CAP family.
Together Towards Change. Together Towards Tomorrow.
