CAP provides a wide range of services for people living in Oregon + Southwest Washington. Please note that some of our services differ between states, so we have worked to denote which services are available in which areas. If you have questions about a specific service, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
For Oregon Clients
Our Portland office offers a number of services, particularly to those living with HIV. These services include but are not limited to, housing assistance, peer support, connection to medical care, job assistance, and culturally specific services. If you are interested in any of these services, you will need to complete an intake first.
Intakes are by appointment only. If you can, please provide the following documents at your intake:
- Photo ID
- Proof of Income (if applicable)
- Verification of HIV Status
- Any Insurance Documentation.
These documents aren’t required, but providing them can speed up the intake process.

For SW Washington Clients
Our Southwest Washington offices provide Medical Case Management, Housing Case Management and Navigation including rent and utility assistance, Employment Services including access to our Service Center for basic computer and printer needs, support groups, and Peer Navigation
To enroll in our program and access services, you’ll first need to complete an intake with a Medical Case Manager. Start by calling us or dropping by one of our offices in Vancouver or Longview. We’ll complete a quick 5-minute assessment with you over the phone and connect you with one of our specialized Medical Case Managers for an intake as soon as possible.
